Finance Map

I gave two Finance Map classes for recent trainee joiners of one of my two magic circle clients – the other one instead offers the class to associates, who will attend it during February

This class is gaining in popularity with my law firm clients, and I received this on LinkedIn: “Hi Matthew, I just wanted to say thank you again for another thoroughly engaging session – absolutely brilliant”.

I gave my Finance Map and Navigating Financial Statements classes on the morning and afternoon of the same day. It’s typical for this sector to combine the two sessions.

Having taught at a new law firm client in October, I gave my financial statements session to another new firm just before Christmas. This  meant 13 different major law firms in the calendar year, with a fourteenth scheduled for February.

I gave a Zoom class to three Los Angeles-based college students, all considering careers in finance. I heard from the father of one of them that the session sparked a lively dinner conversation that night about hedge funds.

Finance Map assists some of the many companies which advise on corporate investigations and strategic intelligence – with consultants who need a closer understanding of the different financial firms and how they work.
