Finance Map

My first sessions with lawyers were in 2016, and I am proud to say that four firms who held classes in that year have already booked 11 Finance Map and Financial Statements classes in 2026 – ten years later.

My map has always been central to how I explain financial firms and how they interact, and I have made a significant change to it, to reflect the way that younger individuals manage their wealth over investment platforms.

Following a class last April for Finance lawyers, I gave the Finance Map class to the Corporate group at this UK firm, with 32 in the room in London and a further 16 attending remotely from other UK offices.

Finance Map was delivered online to US associates at a firm which likes to split the class into two 90-minute “halves” on consecutive days, and as last year the lawyers received CLE credit for the sessions.

I taught nine classes in January at five different law firms – five were Finance Map sessions and four were Financial Statements sessions, and bookings show that in February, Financial Statements is set take the lead.
