APRIL NEWS – REMOTE FINANCE MAP BOOKING 

I delivered my first remote class via Webex to an audience of 13 senior employees of an insurance broking client, and eight more companies have booked my remote classes over the summer months.

APRIL NEWS – PREPARING FOR REMOTE TEACHING 

It was another quiet month for classes, but with my team’s help I trained myself on Webex, Zoom and Teams; and I converted my teaching materials into PDF format for easy transmission ahead of classes.

MARCH NEWS – ARMY LEAVER CLASS

In spite of the circumstances, it was easy to deliver my one-on-one Finance Map class to an army leaver with an interest in joining a financial firm. This side of my business might even grow during the lockdown.

MARCH NEWS – REMOTE FINANCE MAP

I have quickly adapted my business so as to deliver both of my classes remotely, to employees working from their homes. I am pleased that all of my March, April and May bookings have successfully been converted into this format.

MARCH NEWS – THE CORONAVIRUS

I returned from holiday to a very changed UK, and a lockdown was imposed in mid-month. I wrote to all of my client companies, which have closed their offices and asked their employees to work from home.
