Finance Map

I taught my Finance Map class to 66 trainees from four different law firms – two UK and two US – “He was hugely engaging and helped to demystify a number of concepts I have previously struggled to understand.”

I have been teaching vacation students at a top law firm for several years now – giving a shortened version of Finance Map which makes their contribution more effective and increases the firm’s likelihood of hiring.

My big communications client – where I teach more senior employees – asked me to shorten my Financial Statements class from three to two hours, and I managed to do this without losing any of the key messages.

I taught Finance Map in London to 30 young lawyers at three firms where I have worked for many years, and I liked this feedback from one of them: “Thought that this session was incredibly useful in breaking down very technical concepts”.

I began a series of four remote classes – two Finance Map and two Financial Statements – for 1st year Associates of a big client all based in the US. Cutting each of the classes into two halves will mean eight 90-minute sessions in all.

At last, I returned to a law firm which I had not dealt with since before Covid, as the Banking partners wanted a Financial Statements session for 20 or so Banking NQs – “I have heard very good feedback”.
